Disclaimer
1. Booking and confirmation
Bookings can be made in writing by email or telephone.
Bookings are only confirmed once a 20% for quads/ 50% for accommodation deposit has been received.
2. Payment
Full payment is required before the start of the tour. Tours with accommodation must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to arrival. Credit cards are not accepted.
3. Accommodation Prices
In the unlikely event of changes having to be made to the hotel booking and/or price the customer will be informed immediately.
4. Cancellation or change of booking by the customer
The customer can cancel his/her trip at any time prior to the trip provided that this is done in writing, the cancellation will be in effect the moment Quad Safari Costa del Sol. The cancellation costs are as follows:
Up to 6 weeks before the start of the trip - 10% of the total cost
Up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip - 25% of the total cost
Up to 2 weeks before the start of the trip - 50% of the total cost
Up to 1 week before the start of the trip - 75% of the total cost
Less than 1 week before the start of the trip - 100% of the total cost
The customer can at no extra cost transfer his/her booking to someone else at no extra cost up to the start of the trip.
5. Cancellation by Costa del Sol Quad Safari
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings up to three weeks prior to the start of the trip on the following grounds:
Insufficient number of participants (in which case you will receive a full refund or a booking on another date at a discount)
Extenuating circumstances (these include: acts of God, strikes, or other unforeseeable event that influences the safety of the trip.)
Individual participants can be refused or expelled from the trip if they display untoward behaviour that may result in damage to themselves or any of the other participants or to the guide. In this case there will be no reimbursement.
No alcohol can be consumed within 12Hrs of the beginning of a quad tour.
6. Responsibility
Costa del Sol Quad Safari is responsible for providing a well organized trip. Costa del Sol Quad Safari is not responsible for the following:
• Accidents that occur during quadbike riding. In this kind of sporting activity every customer is responsible for his/her own riding style and particularly his/her ability to guage their own skill.
• Theft or damage to baggage or goods
Any costs incurred as a result of cancellations such as changes to flight itineraries are not the responsibility of Costa del Sol Quad Safari.
7. Regulations
The customer is responsible for all travel documents he/she may require as well as insurances and credit cards etc. He/she is also responsible for meeting the conditions set by any of the companies involved.
8. Rental of quad bikes
The Customer must handle the rented equipment with care following the instructions given. If the quad bike is irreparably damaged during the tour the customer will forfeit the right for reimbursement of the refundable deposit irrespective of whether the customer is at fault or not. Costa del Sol Quad Safari will attempt to provide the customer with a replacement quad bike.
9. Liability declaration
By booking the customer automatically agrees to the following:
I am completely aware of the dangers of quad bike riding on and off-road. I take part in this trip at my own risk. I agree to the fact that neither Costa del Sol Quad Safari, nor their representatives or their agents are responsible for damage to my person, belongings, or financial loss incurred or for any other extenuating circumstances beyond their control. I am aware that Costa del Sol Quad Safari is not responsible for the behaviour of other participants.
I shall abide by local traffic regulations and those of the group trip. I will ensure that my behaviour and/or actions in no way cause harm to other people, local environment, or my vehicle. As far as is known to me I am in good health and able to meet the required tour standards. I have a valid full car licence. I am responsible for wearing the correct protective clothing and have received advise to wear comfortable clothing and closed toe footwear.
